Le Chalet
des Drus also has a sumptuous indoor swimming pool and spa area. The
chalets’ façade and interiors combine burned and sand blasted rustic
wood, beautiful stonework and stucco plaster work on some interior
walls.
The use of these traditional materials contrasts
beautifully with the modern design features such as the glass stairway
and slate dining table using iron legs from the workshop of Mr Eiffel,
(architect of the Eiffel Tower). This creates a stunning harmony
respecting traditional building materials, and techniques with modern
design features and technology.
Le Chalet des Drus sits on 4000m2 of private-park in one of the most exclusive locations in the Chamonix valley enjoying exceptional 360degree views of the Mont Blanc massif, Le Brevent, the Aguille Vert and Les Drus.
This vast chalet of 600m2 was constructed for luxurious holiday rentals and combines contemporary French Alpine architecture and design with the practical necessities for weekly rentals for both summer and winter

The left side of the property has three double bedrooms, which all have private bathrooms ensuite and access out to the garden via sliding doors.
At the far end above the garage is a home-cinema room with the latest sound system, and cosy furnishings – well away from the rest of the chalet to create privacy and allow noice.
In the right section is the indoor swimming pool, massage table and steam rooms. This space has massive windows offering panoramic views of the mountains and it opens out to the garden.
Next to the swimming pool is the first master suite, which also has its private entrance. This spacious and light bedroom accesses the garden and it has a fireplace with a comfortable and stylish chaise long in front of it. There is also a mezzanine with an extra bed and a study.
The ground floor also contains a guest toilet and a children’s room with bunk beds and access out to the garden. It has an ensuite bathroom and WC.
