The hamlet of Chalets Philippe – sleeps 20 adults The seven chalets of Philippe are located on the sunny balcony of "le Lavancher", a really exceptional place. These eco-chalets are warmly decorated with antique furniture combined with high tech equipment. All the chalets are equipped with flat screen televisions, safe and Wifi Internet connection. The chalets are built in old wood and stone and some of them date back to the17th century. They are curled up in a small authentic hamlet facing Mont Blanc. Nick named “Rivendel” by some British visitors (the house of Elrond the Elf king in Lord of the rings), Chalet Philippe is quickly building a reputation as one of the Alps most beloved getaway locations for hip mountain lovers. The most recent addition is the Baroque honeymoon suite!

Spa and Cinema:

Walk down to the secluded "Hammam" or steam room in your robe and slippers and “chill” or steam away whilst enjoying views of Mont-Blanc. You can also enjoy your favorite films in the very cozy cinema room with leather seats, snug rugs, real cinema screen and surround sound stereo at your disposal as well as a large 17th century dining room where gourmet chefs are invited to cook you fine French food in the homely surroundings of the chalet.

Allocation: The Hamlet of chalets can sleep 10 people in individual double bedrooms or 20 adults and 6 children (less than 10 years old) in total. It is also possible to book individual chalets depending on the size of your group and availability of each chalet. Dining-areas: The grand dining room in 17th century Chalet Les Trolles and in Chalet Grandes Jorasses can each hold 14 people.

                                                                                                                                                                                       

The Chalets:

Chalet Grandes Jorasses, Le Pelle and the Baroque suit

The grandes Jorasses, Le Pelle and the Baroque suit make up the largest living space in the Hamlet. Each one of these apartments can be separated in order to function independently.



Grandes Jorasses - sleeps up to 6 adults

Chalet Grandes Jorasses is the largest space with two very cosy double bedrooms and a children's bunk room all equipped with flat screen TV’s and DVD players. The bathrooms are all equipped with power showers and the open plan living space with home cinema opens up to the dining area and Kitchen to cater for any occasion. Outside on the “sun trap” terrace there is a hot tub with possibly the best views in the valley where you can drink a cocktail and enjoy the sun set after a hard days skiing.

                                                                                                                                                                                                    

The Baroque suit - sleeps up to 2 people

The Baroque suit is the latest addition to the hamlet, it has been designed by local craftsmen who specialise in baroque carvings and art. It is a perfect honeymoon suit and provides a double bedroom ensuite and a living room with beautiful views of the mountains.


Les Trolles – sleeps up to 4 adults and 2 children

Les Trolles is a country cottage built on two levels providing 100m2 of accommodation with a 50m2 south facing sun terrace. It is suitable for a family of 4 adults and 2 children.

Fully decorated with antique furniture, chalet les Trolles offers a highly comfortable and cozy stay.

Dining room for up to 5 people, a huge fireplace made of granite, 16/9 H.D. television, fully equipped kitchen Jacuzzi and hammam are luxurious features that will make your stay very special and unique in Les Trolles.



                                                                                                                                                                                                     

Les Barattes – sleeps up to 4 people and 1 child   

This beautiful country cottage on three levels can accommodate four adults and one small child.
The first floor opens on a dining room and a kitchen and a dinner table for up to 6 people.


The Master bedroom is situated on the third floor, furnished with a queen-size bed, a flat screen cable TV and a safety case. Bathroom and WC is on the same level.

The middle-floor has a double bed and a small bed for one child as well as bathroom and WC.

Each level of the cottage has a balcony or a terrace, and a private entrance accessible by an outside staircase.



                                                                                                                                                                                                 

Les Cantates, Les Marmottons and Les Clarines

The following 3 small chalet-cottages can either be rented on their own or together with a bigger chalet.

Les Cantates - 2 levels with one double bed and a children's bed, a kitchen and bathroom. 2 adults and 1 child.

Les Marmottons - one floor with double bed, a TV and a basin. For 1 adult or 2 children.

Les Clarines - 2 levels with one double bed, a kitchen, bathroom and a sun terrace. For 2 adults.
