 As we find ourselves very much in the middle of off season, it’s time to look ahead to the exiting program of events planned for this summer which guests staying in our luxury chalets might enjoy.
And first off in a fun-packed calendar is the Mountain Festival, which will take place a stone’s throw from some of our luxury chalets Chamonix at the start of June. For a week, from June 1st to June 8th, the mountains will be open for all to discover the exhilaration of climbing, with help on hand for beginners and exiting challenges for those who are already experienced climbers.

 The resort of Chamonix, home to some of our most exclusive luxury chalets, is France’s ultimate playground to which thousands of visitors are drawn every year.

A team of French skiers have set a new record for the fastest descent of Mont Blanc.
Nicolas Anthonioz, Antoine Montegani and friends completed the 14km journey down from the summit of Mont Blanc to the centre of Chamonix in an unbelievable time of 32 minutes!
After a 9 hour climb to the summit they then started making their way down and skied as far as the snow would allow them , getting as far as the bare forest.
