The left side of the property has three double bedrooms, which all have private bathrooms ensuite and access out to the garden via sliding doors.

At the far end above the garage is a home-cinema room with the latest sound system, and cosy furnishings – well away from the rest of the chalet to create privacy and allow noice.

In the right section is the indoor swimming pool, massage table and steam-room. This space has massive windows offering panoramic views of the mountains and it opens out to the garden.

Next to the swimming pool is the first master suite, which also has its private entrance. This spacious and stylish bedroom accesses the garden and it has a fireplace with a comfortable chaiselong in front of it. There is also a mezzanine with an extra bed and a study.

The ground floor also contains a guest toilet and a children’s room with bunk beds and access out to the garden. It has an ensuite bathroom and WC.

Upstairs is the vast and spectacular living / dining area with a massive fireplace separating the dining table from the lounge. Along this spacious and very social area are windows out to the garden and the balcony with outdoor furniture, a stylish lounge corner and BBQ – bar.

The kitchen is equipped with the finest high-end facilities from Miel and there is also a separate breakfast table, a Miele coffee machine and a small breakfast terrace which captures the morning sun.

The chalet will have a very exclusive separate building with equipped gym, massage-room, changing-rooms and out-door hot tub on the ground floor as-well as a bedroom on the upper floor enjoying stunning views of the Mont Blanc.

The village of Les Bois breathes history and has some of the most authentic and beautiful chalets in the valley of Chamonix. It is therefore a perfect location for non-skiers who wish to go for short or longer walks, stroll around in the peaceful forestry areas or try the cross-country tracks and bike-trails which also pass by the village.

There are renowned restaurants such as Le Sarpe, Hotel Eden and La Cabane are within walking distance.

Both trains and buses stop in the village of Les Praz, which is a beautiful 10-minute walk from the chalet through the village. The ski area of Flegere is only a short drive or a 15-minute walk.

Chamonix centre can be reached within 5 minutes by car, 10 minutes by bike or approximately 35 minutes if you would choose to walk.

Geneva airport is only 1h away, Verbier is also 1h by car and Courmayeur only 30 minutes.
