SERVICES OFFERED IN OUR CHALETS

 

Hip Chalets provide tailor-made ski holidays and can offer almost anything you wish for your stay in our chalets.

Some guests prefer to take the chalets on a self-catered basis. If you choose to take the chalet on a self-catered basis you can still book a chef for the evening, or ask us to help you organise a drinks party, lunches etc. We are always happy to stock the fridge before your arrival for your convenience.


If you don't want to worry about cooking and shopping we offer half-board packages which can also be flexible and tailor-made to suit your demands.

Please note that prices for the outlined packages below can vary depending on your dates of travel and number of guests in your party.

 

 

 

SELF-CATERED PACKAGE

     

    • Housekeeping daily (approx. 2-4 hours depending on the chalet, normally provided in the morning)
    • Bath products from Bamford Body
    • Meet & Greet with information on the resort and the chalet
    • Our VIP concierge services including pre-planning of your stay, help with travel logistics and activities
    • Stocking of fridge (costs for all supplies charged separately)

    HALF-BOARD PACKAGES

     

    Choose the option to take our exclusive Half-Board Package if you want to be treated to gourmet food, breakfasts of your own choice, open drinks cabinet and pre-dinner canapés – all prepared by your private chef.

     

    You will have a waitress serving you breakfast, pre-dinner drinks and evening meals. You can communicate with the chef prior to arrival to decide on menus and special requests. The children can be served their tea at an earlier time if this is convenient and there is always flexibility to meet special demands from the little ones!

     

    There will be a Champagne reception on your arrival as well as fresh fruit and snacks at your disposal throughout your stay. You are also offered specially selected house wines and there is an open drinks cabinet with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages at your disposal at all times.

    CHEF SERVICES


    If you wish to have complete freedom to choose your own menu and beverages then we suggest that you book a chef and waitress with us. The prices start from 1,800€ per week for a chef providing breakfast, afternoon cake and dinner on 5 nights out of 7. All costs for food and drinks are charged on top and billed to you separately.

     

    Should you wish to hire a chef for an evening the normal price is 200€-250€ for a 3-course dinner, costs for food and drinks are charged on top.

     

     


     

     

    BATH PRODUCTS - bamford body

     

    Hip Chalets are proud to announce that we have become partners with Bamford Body and will be supplying all our clients with luxurious amenities in the Geranium Body Range.

     

    Our chalet customers will also be able to pre-order products such as scented candles, gift-sets and a range of bath products which can be delivered before arrivat at the chalet or ordered during the stay and brought home as a souvenir.

     

    Bamford Body is a luxurious range of botanical products to cleanse, protect and rejuvenate.

    Made in England from pure and organic ingredients, Bamford Body combines modern cosmetic science with natural ingredients and fragrances.

    It is a contemporary aromatherapy-based collection of bath and body products that bridges the gap between natural and luxury while offering high quality performance and integrity.

    DRIVING SERVICES

     

    Take the pressure off and let us look after you from the start by offering our chauffeured vehicles to take you from the airport, to and from the slopes and in to town as-well as to other closely located resorts on request (additional charges apply).

     

    Driving services start from €2,000 per week for a chauffeured 8-seated vehicle.
    Driver on stand-by from 08:00hrs – 20:00hrs, drinks and snacks provided.

     

    AIRPORT TRANSFERS

     

    Geneva - Chamonix

     

    Private transfer in 8-seated vehicle: 200€ - 250€ one-way from or to Geneva airport (1h)

    Taxi (1-3 passengers): 160€ – 250€ per way depending on the vehicle

    Shared transfer with any of the local transfer services is normally 40€ per person per way for a shared minibus with other passengers going to other areas in Chamonix.

     

    Geneva - Verbier:

     

    Private transfer in 8-seated vehicle: apx CHF 500 one-way from or to Geneva airport (2,5h)

     

    Zurich - Davos:


    Private taxi for up to 5 people: apx CHF 330 one-way from or to Zurich airport (1h50 min – 2h)
