30% deposit payment, which can be used as a credit towards a future booking within 12 months, should you be unable to travel due to COVID-19 restrictions.

Balance payments due 8 weeks prior to arrival (4 weeks for long-term bookings). If you are unable to travel after having paid the balance due to COVID-19 restrictions, you can use the money as a credit towards a future booking within 12 months. 

 

3.

If Hip Chalets are unable to deliver the holiday for whatever reason, you will be refunded a 100%.
