MUMMA
This trendy restaurant is located in the centre of Chamonix, the Chef David Lillieroth was the head chef at one of our favourite restaurants “Munchies” for many years before taking the jump and opening up his own restaurants ‘Mumma’ and ‘Le shack’ right next door to each other.
Their website describes David’s food as “borderless, crazy-tasty cuisine, in a non-pretentious, néo-bistrot atmosphere” and it is certainly that!
Mumma is designed with sharing in mind; the space, the menu, the saké. With everyone in the same room, it's bustling, a little noisy, and full of life.
LE CASTEL
Offering stunning views in a picturesque setting at the foot of the Flégère cable car, Le Castel is a wonderful option for a lunch in the sun, a drink after skiing or a cosy evening meal.
