CHALET CHOUCA
Chalet Chouca is a brand new semi-detached chalet with a fantastic location close to the centre of Chamonix.
The chalet offers 4 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, three of them are located on the ground floor and the fourth bedroom is located off the living room on the upper floor.
The living room / kitchen / dining area is open plan and enjoys lovely views of Mont Blanc.
There is a balcony located off the living room and also a central fireplace.
On the lower ground is an outdoor hot tub and a furnished outside area.
Chalet Chouca, together with its two neighbouring properties Chalet Kea and Chalet Rytola form the hamlet "Le Nid des Pecles" offering a total of 11/12 bedrooms. Together the three chalets share a garage, entertainment room and SPA area and can be booked together for large gatherings, corporate events and weddings.
