SKI AREAS, LIFT PASS PRICES & PROMOTIONS
Chamonix is one of the largest ski resorts in Europe, and it expands over 5 different lift-systems;

Les Houches - gentle slopes, tree-skiing, good for non-skiers, child friendly.

Le Brevent - the closest ski area to Chamonix centre, south facing, amazing views, intermediate - advanced skiing.
Lovely mountain restaurants, also available for non-skiers.

La Flegere - south facing and fantastic skiing for all levels. Great for sunbathing and relaxing days.

Les Grands Montets - one of Europe's best ski areas, covering vast terrain both on and off piste. North facing and with great snow conditions from beginning to the very end of the season. Some of the best off-piste skiing to be found in Europe.

Le Tour - Vallorcine - Located at the end of the Chamonix valley, this wonderful and large ski area is perfect for skiers of all levels. Fantastic beginner's slopes, and gentle - intermediate pistes for the whole family.

Neighbouring resorts, Aiguillle du Midi and the Montenvers Train:

Verbier (CH), Courmayeur (IT), Megeve (FR) and Les Contamines (FR) are all neighbouring ski resorts to Chamonix, and fantastic places to visit during your stay in Chamonix, as they all are reached within a 1-h drive.

When you buy the "Mont Blanc Unlimited Pass", these ski resorts are included for free.

The largest cable car in Europe - L'Aiguille du Midi, is also included in the Mont Blanc Unlimited Pass.
This is the lift you need to take to access the scenic off-piste route La Vallee Blanche, and it is equally a wonderful experience to reach the highest heights of the cable car without needing to put skis on. With one of the highest-altitude restaurants in Europe, and several stunning terraces to take in the dramatic mountain panorama - including Mont Blanc of course, one will not be left unsatisfied when returning down to the village after a visit at L'Aiguille du Midi.

Chamonix resort offers various promotions on lift passes, depending on the time of the year:
